从2012进入身心领域跟随国内外各系统的大师学习并在2020年正式成为身心状态调整导师，经过在这十多年里不断钻研，充分发挥自己的直觉力运用与教导，帮助一个又一个的学员身体状态及情绪释放引导学员发现核心问题并转化解决，帮助学员找到自我的天赋与核心价值，打开意识的接收和结合个人的落地实践，并让学员不断地突破自我，走在个人的成长正确的路上。
